Market Status
![]() |
Councils that exceed +0.5% monthly change are considered increasing. You can view the current market status (and historical trends reaching back to 1996) on the homepage . Unfortunately, HouseGraph is unable to offer you London House Prices from the most recent 2 months as this information does not get publically released so early. |
Tag Maps

We offer 3 tag maps that offer a visual representation of monthly change, yearly change and current average price for each council's London House Prices data. You can see these tag maps here: Tag Maps |

The compare borough feature on both our homepage and the Compare page allow users to compare upto 5 london districts in a graphical format. This can be accomplished using Sales volume, Average Price, and Change in Price. |
Risers & Fallers

Another feature of HouseGraph allows users to quickly see which areas of London are performing best and worst. These four blocks display details for the 5 districts with the higest sales, lowest sales, biggest price increase, and biggest price loss over the current month. The graph allows users to see this in more detail, showing the figures for the past 6 months so you can see if it was a trend or a spike. |
